- Daily fresh flower deliveries.

- Sympathy and funeral flowers.
- Plant subscriptions.
These services are subject to availability and our specific terms for each offering, which may be provided separately.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance by Coastal Rose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or errors in your order.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed for specific services (e.g., event floristry deposits). We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.
- Custom Orders: For bespoke floral arrangements and event floristry, a detailed proposal will be provided, and acceptance of this proposal constitutes a binding agreement.
3. Delivery and Collection
For daily fresh flower deliveries and other deliverable products:
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to specific areas within and around Brighton, East Sussex. Please check our delivery information section on our site for details.
- Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within specified time frames, but these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods.
- Recipient Availability: It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address. If no one is available, we will follow our usual procedure, which may include leaving the item in a safe place or attempting redelivery (which may incur additional charges).
- Collection: Orders may be available for collection from our premises at 17 Harbour View Crescent, Suite 3, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 5NB during our operating hours.
4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products:
- Floral Arrangements and Fresh Flowers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
- Workshops: Specific cancellation policies apply to workshops and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Plants and Non-Perishable Items: We accept returns of non-perishable items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is presented.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including but not limited to images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Coastal Rose or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Coastal Rose endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our site; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Rose shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of products from our site.
